Ito, Yuhan (1882 - 1951 )
Yuhan Ito was a woodblock printmaker active during the 1930s. Little is known about this artist. He was associated with the publisher Yosuku Nishinomiya and best known for blue-toned prints of Miyajima. With their dilute shades and subtle gradation, these prints achieve a watercolor-like effect.
