New Website this Fall
Over the past six months, Ronin Gallery has been working with Oracle to bring our website and backend systems to the same best-in-class level as our new physical gallery at Bryant Park Place. We are pleased to announce that the renovated website is scheduled to launch this September. What can you expect from the new site? Here are some of the highlights:
- Optimized Search – From saved searches to granular search filters, we’ve made it easier to explore the collection your way.
- Top-of-the-line Security – With any online purchase, security is tantamount. Through partnerships with Cybersource, Chase Payment Tech Global and Oracle, we are implementing the most up-to-date security systems available today.
- Our Commitment to Quality – You can continue expect the same dedication to quality, research and education that Ronin Gallery has embodied for the past 45 years.
What can you expect in the meantime? As we migrate our collection to the new website over July and August, our old website will remain fully accessible for browsing, purchasing and educational resources.However, during this transition a Ronin Gallery representative will contact you to complete all orders placed online. At checkout, please indicate whether you would prefer to be contacted by email or phone under the "Payment Information" tab. Your selected work will be marked sold and you will receive a confirmation shortly. A Ronin Gallery associate will contact you within 24 hours to manually process payment based on your preference of email or phone call. Once we have completed your payment, your work will be shipped.
