Triptychs: Beauties
Ronin Gallery is pleased to present a collection of 19th century ukiyo-e triptychs that portray women's fashions, pastimes and customs. Whether boating on riverbanks, playing the samisen, strolling through gardens, or reading, writing and painting, the women portrayed in these triptych prints lead lives rich in culture and fashion. Some of the artists represented in the collection are Kunisada, Kunichika, Chikanobu, Gekko and Shuntei. All works in the collection are specially priced under $1500.
