Shi, Ji-hong (1953 - Present)
Shi Jihong is a contemporary printmaker. Born in China, he studied at the Central Academy of Fine Arts. He has participated in numerous international group and solo exhibitions. In addition to his own original prints, Shi Jihong worked as the primary printer for both Jasper Johns and Robert Rauschenberg. Today, his work can be found in the permanent collections of the Pacific Asia Museum, British Museum, the Chinese National Art Museum, and the Beijing Artists’ Association.
