About the artist
A member of the Yoshida family, Fujio Yoshida built her artistic career through her oil paintings and watercolors. Following the death of her husband Hiroshi Yoshida and the encouragement of her son Hodaka Yoshida, Fujio began exploring abstracted floral imagery in the woodblock print medium.
