VISITING THE GALLERY

How can I contact the gallery?

You can contact the gallery by phone at 212.688.0188 or by email at ronin@roningallery.com.

Where are you located?

The gallery is located within the historic Engineer's Club Building at 32 W. 40th, facing the south side of Bryant Park and just around the corner from the New York Public Library.

How do I get to the gallery?

The gallery is conveniently located at the 42 St-Bryant Park subway (B, D, F, M, or 7) and walking distance from Times Square-42 St, Grand Central Station, Penn Station and Port Authority Bus Terminal.

Where can I park when I visit?

You can find multiple parking garages on 40th Street, 43rd Street and 44th Street between 5th Avenue and 7th Avenue.

Are all exhibitions on view in the gallery?

Some exhibitions are exclusively online, while others may be held in conjunction with museums, art fairs or other galleries. If there is a specific work you would like to see, please provide us with a minimum of 24 hours prior notice so that we can have the work ready for your visit.

ABOUT YOUR ORDER

What forms of payment are accepted for online orders?

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and PayPal. To pay by wire transfer or check, please contact us directly. All payments must be made in US Dollars.

What is the Ronin Gallery guarantee?

The authenticity of every Ronin Gallery work of art is guaranteed as described. A Letter of Authenticity is provided with each work.

Does Ronin Gallery offer framing?

Ronin Gallery does not offer in-house framing. However, we’re happy to connect you with our preferred framer and make recommendations.

Do you offer gift cards or gift registry?

We offer both services. Whether you’re looking for a special gift or planning a wedding registry, please contact the gallery and we’ll be happy to help.

Does the Ronin Gallery offer payment plans or layaway?

We are happy to work with you to make your dream purchase a reality. However, no art can leave the gallery until it has been paid for in full. Please contact the gallery to tailor a plan to you.

SHIPPPING

How will my artwork be packed?

Most works are packed in individual archival folders and shipped flat within protective layers of cardboard. Our packaging strategy adapts to the dimensions of the work. For example, some oversized works may be shipped rolled in a protective tube. We also offer white glove delivery. If you have specific preferences, please contact the gallery.

How much will it cost to ship my order within the United States?

We offer three domestic shipping options:

FedEx Ground uninsured, no signature required (shipped at client’s responsibility): $32
FedEx Ground insured with signature required: $42
FedEx 2 Day Service Insured with signature required: $68

We are happy to arrange white glove delivery upon request. Please contact us to learn more.

Do you ship internationally?

All international orders are shipped via FedEx insured with signature required at a flat rate of $125. Recipients are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes or brokerage fees in their country.

Are there any additional shipping charges?

Oversized works may incur an additional shipping charge. In this case, you will be notified in advance of the cost.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

We want you to be absolutely delighted with every work that you purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return it to us within 10 business days. We are sorry, but shipping charges are nonrefundable. Returns must be sent insured for the full purchase value, with postage prepaid, signature required upon delivery, and must be received in the same condition as originally sent. We will refund the purchase price as within 10 days business of receiving the package. For any further questions please review our Return Policy page.

Who pays for return shipping?

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and for the risk of loss or damage of the returned work.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Does Ronin Gallery buy art?

We work with clients worldwide to facilitate the outright purchase or consignment of individual works and collections. We are always accepting inquiries. To learn more, please visit our Sell or Consign Your Art page.

If I can’t find a specific work in the collection, can Ronin Gallery help me find what I’m looking for?

If there is a specific print, artist, subject, period or price range that you are looking for, please let us know and we will be happy to assist. If we can’t find exactly what you are looking for in our collection, we will put your request on our "want" list and let you know as soon as it becomes available.

Do you offer art advisory services?

Yes. Make an appointment to speak with a director to develop a personalized collecting strategy.

Can I receive a free verbal evaluation on a work I already own?

We answer requests for verbal evaluations only as time permits. Please send high quality photos, as much detailed information as possible about your print, and your contact information (phone number and email) to ronin@roningallery.com. Please do not call the gallery; we will contact you to share our informal assessment.

Does Ronin Gallery loan artworks or rent the gallery?

Please contact the gallery for information and fees for these special programs.
