If I can’t find a specific artist or print in the collection, can Ronin Gallery help me find what I’m looking for?
Each and every one of our clients is important to us, if there is any specific print, artist, subject, period or price range that you are looking for, please let us know and we will be happy to search our extensive collection. Please contact us at email@example.com or call 212.688.0188.
If we cannot find exactly what you are looking for in our collection, we will put your request in our "want" list and let you know as soon as it becomes available.
How can I track my order?

What forms of payment are accepted for online orders?
We accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa. All payments must be made in US Dollars.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
Continental United States
- UPS Ground: $16 (no insurance, no signature required, shipped at clients responsibility)
- UPS Ground Insured: $24 (insurance included, signature required)
- UPS Expedited 2 Day Service: $36 (insurance included, signature required)
- USPS: $45 (no insurance, no signature confirmation, shipped at clients responsibility)
- FedEx: $80 (insurance included, signature required)
Oversized and Framed Prints
Oversized and framed prints may incur an additional shipping charge. You will be notified in advance of the cost.
Can orders be shipped internationally?
Yes, all international orders are shipped through FedEx or USPS. Recipients are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or brokerage fees in their country.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be absolutely delighted with each and every piece that you purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return it to us within 10 days of receipt for replacement (if possible), exchange or full refund.
What are eBooks? Can I purchase a hard copy?
Our eBooks are digital publications of our exhibition catalogues available online. These eBooks can be enjoyed through your computer or mobile device. Limited edition hard copies of our catalogues are available online and in the gallery.
Why should I register for Personal Account Services?
By registering, you can save your contact information and shipping addresses for faster checkout, however credit card information is never saved. In addition, by registering you can, review all past orders, create a wish list, and receive prior notice of upcoming exhibitions and invitations to private sales events. If you wish to work with a Ronin Gallery art consultant, your wish list allows them to personally curate your experience and best assist you in your collecting.
Are all exhibitions on view in the gallery?
No, some exhibitions are exclusively online. While these carefully curated exhibitions do not hang on the walls of the gallery, every work of art available on the website is available for view in the gallery. Please provide us with a minimum of 24 hours prior notice if you would like to see a specific work in the gallery.
Can I receive a free verbal appraisal on a work I already own?
We answer requests for verbal evaluations as time permits. The value of a work of art is determined by many factors including, but not limited to: the artist, the condition, the state or edition of the work, the overall design, the rarity, and the art market at any given time.
Please send high quality photos, as much detailed information as possible about your print, and you contact information (phone number and email) to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please do not call the gallery; we will contact you as time permits.
Please note, since these valuations are made from photographs, we recommend that you get multiple assessments.
